Feasibility Studies

A feasibility study is required at various stages of development in order to analyse and determine whether the project is financially and environmentally worth developing. The study determines whether there is sufficient demand for the proposed development project and identifies present and future competition. The study scope typically includes legal and technical issues, financial and economic costs and benefits and social needs.
